Ingredients

300 g ground beef

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cloves garlic (minced)

1/4 cup onion (chopped)

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon hoisin sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

Salt and pepper to taste

For Serving:

Large lettuce leaves (romaine or butter lettuce)

Optional:

Chopped green onions

Sesame seeds

Chili flakes or sriracha

Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.

3. Add chopped onion and cook until soft.

4. Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.

5. Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.

6. Cook for another 2–3 minutes until flavors combine.

7. Spoon the beef mixture into lettuce leaves.

8. Top with green onions, sesame seeds, or chili flakes if desired.

9. Serve immediately.
