Ingredients
2 lbs chicken wings, separated and patted dry
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
Chopped parsley or extra Parmesan for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with olive oil until evenly coated.
3. In a separate bowl, mix Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Add seasoning mixture to wings and toss until fully coated.
5. Place wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket (cook in batches if needed).
6. Air fry for 20–24 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
7. Remove and let rest for 2 minutes.
8. Garnish with parsley or extra Parmesan and serve hot.
Notes
Use finely grated Parmesan for best crust adhesion.
Add a pinch of cayenne for extra heat.
Serve with ranch, garlic aioli, or marinara for dipping.
