Ingredients
1 (20 oz) package refrigerated cheese tortellini
2 cups cooked chicken (optional), shredded or chopped
2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Cook tortellini in boiling water for 2–3 minutes less than package directions (they will finish cooking in the oven). Drain well.
3. In a large bowl, combine Alfredo sauce, cooked chicken (if using), garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
4. Add tortellini to the mixture and toss to coat evenly.
5. Transfer everything to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
6. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10–15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
• Want it meatless? Just skip the chicken for a full vegetarian version.
• Try adding spinach or mushrooms for extra veggies and flavor.
• Great for meal prep—make ahead and reheat throughout the week.
