Ingredients
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Sliced green onions & sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
2. Pat shrimp dry with paper towels.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
5. Add shrimp in a single layer. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.

7. Remove from heat, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, and serve hot.
Notes
• Serve over jasmine rice or noodles for a full meal.
• Add broccoli or snap peas for a veggie boost.
• Use low-sodium soy sauce to control saltiness.
