Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (about 150 g each)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the avocado lime sauce:
1 ripe avocado
1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
2 tbsp lime juice
1 clove garlic
Salt, to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Place salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet.
3. Brush with olive oil and season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
4. Bake for 15–18 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
5. Meanwhile, blend all avocado lime sauce ingredients until smooth.
6. Taste and adjust seasoning.
7. Serve salmon warm with avocado lime sauce spooned over the top.
Notes
• Adjust Cajun seasoning to control heat level.
• Serve with rice, quinoa, or roasted veggies.
• Sauce is best used fresh.
