1/2 teaspoon allspice
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil
2. Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels for extra crispiness
3. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and all spices
4. Add chicken wings and toss until evenly coated
5. Let wings marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavor)
6. Arrange wings in a single layer on the baking sheet
7. Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through
8. Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for extra crispiness
9. Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving
