Ingredients
1/2 lb ground breakfast sausage
4 oz cream cheese, softened

Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tube refrigerated crescent roll dough (8-count)
1 egg (optional, for egg wash)
Chopped parsley or everything bagel seasoning (optional garnish)

3. Transfer sausage to a bowl and mix in softened cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until creamy.
4. Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
5. Place a spoonful of sausage mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
6. Roll up toward the point to form crescent shapes and place on prepared baking sheet.
7. Brush with beaten egg if using and sprinkle with parsley or seasoning.
8. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
9. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Use spicy sausage for extra heat.
Add shredded cheddar to the filling for a cheesy twist.
Great served with honey mustard or ranch dip.
