Ingredients
For the Filling:
1 can refried beans
1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
1/4 cup salsa
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
For Assembly:
4 flour tortillas
Optional:
Sour cream
Guacamole
Chopped cilantro
Instructions
1. Warm tortillas in a pan or microwave.
2. In a pan, heat refried beans with salsa, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Stir until heated through and well combined.
4. Place a portion of beans in the center of each tortilla.
5. Sprinkle cheese on top.
6. Fold sides and roll into burritos.
7. Optional: toast burritos in a pan until crispy on the outside.
8. Serve warm with sour cream or guacamole.
Notes
Use black beans or pinto beans as alternatives.
Add rice for a more filling burrito.
Toast for extra crunch.
