  • Yield: 8 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale

900 g lean beef (top round or flank steak)

1/3 cup soy sauce or tamari

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp brown sugar or honey

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

1. Slice beef thinly against the grain.

2. In a bowl, mix all marinade ingredients.

3. Add beef slices and toss to coat evenly.

4. Cover and marinate for at least 6 hours or overnight.

5. Preheat oven to 80°C (175°F) or use a dehydrator.
