200 g egg noodles

2 green onions (chopped)

For the Sauce:

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon sesame oil

Optional:

Chicken or shrimp

Chili flakes

Instructions

1. Cook noodles according to package instructions, then drain.

2. Heat oil in a pan or wok over high heat.

3. Add garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.

4. Add cabbage and cook briefly.

5. Add noodles and toss well.

6. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and sesame oil.

7. Add bean sprouts and green onions.

8. Stir-fry everything for 2–3 minutes.

9. Serve hot with optional protein or chili flakes.
