Ingredients
🟡 For the Filling:
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup cooked crispy bacon, crumbled
1/4 cup ranch dressing
8 mozzarella cheese cubes (1-inch pieces)
🟡 For the Dough:
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count) or homemade dough
🟡 For Topping:
2 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Optional: shredded Parmesan
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain any excess fat.
3. Remove from heat and stir in ranch dressing and bacon crumbles. Let cool slightly.
4. Flatten each biscuit into a 3-inch round. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of beef mixture into the center and add 1 mozzarella cube.
5. Pinch edges together to seal and roll into a smooth ball. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
6. Brush each ball with melted butter. Sprinkle with parsley, garlic powder, and optional Parmesan.
7. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted inside.
8. Let cool slightly and serve warm.
Notes
Use crescent dough or pizza dough as an alternative.
Make ahead tip: prep and refrigerate unbaked bombs for up to 24 hours.
Serve with marinara or extra ranch for dipping.
