Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup (or GF version)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
Fresh parsley for garnish

3. Stir in garlic, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper; cook 1 minute.
4. Turn off heat and mix in cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and 1 cup cheddar cheese.
5. Spread beef mixture evenly in the baking dish.
6. Arrange tater tots in a single layer over the top.

8. Sprinkle extra cheddar over the top and bake 5 minutes more.
9. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Make it gluten-free using GF mushroom soup.
Add corn or green beans for extra veggies.
Swap cheddar for pepper jack for a spicy twist.
Leftovers reheat perfectly in the oven or air fryer.
