Ingredients
For the Energy Bites:
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup dried cherries
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional:
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tablespoon flaxseeds
Instructions
1. Add oats, dried cherries, cranberries, and chia seeds to a bowl.
2. Stir in almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract.
3. Mix until everything is well combined and sticky.
4. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
5. Scoop mixture and roll into small balls.
6. Place on a tray and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
7. Store in an airtight container and enjoy as needed.
Notes
Adjust sweetness with more honey or maple syrup.
Use different nut butters for variety.
Keep refrigerated for best texture.
