Ingredients
For the Brownie Base:
1/2 cup butter (melted)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
For the Cookie Dough:
1/2 cup butter (softened)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup flour (heat-treated)
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Optional:
Extra chocolate drizzle
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a mini muffin pan.
2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
3. Add cocoa powder, flour, and salt, then mix until smooth.
4. Fill mini muffin cups halfway with brownie batter.
5. Bake for 10–12 minutes, then let cool completely.
6. In another bowl, mix butter and brown sugar until creamy.
7. Add heat-treated flour and milk, mix until soft dough forms.
8. Fold in chocolate chips.
9. Scoop cookie dough onto cooled brownie bites.
10. Drizzle with chocolate if desired and serve.
Notes
Heat-treat flour for safe cookie dough.
Do not overbake brownies to keep them fudgy.
Chill dough slightly for easier handling.
Store in fridge up to 3 days.
