Ingredients
1 package (2 sheets) puff pastry, thawed
4 tbsp melted butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
Optional filling: dulce de leche, Nutella, or vanilla cream
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a standard muffin tin.
2. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and set aside.
3. Unroll puff pastry sheets and brush with melted butter.
4. Sprinkle a generous layer of cinnamon sugar on top of each sheet.
5. Tightly roll each sheet into a log, then slice each log in half lengthwise to expose layers.
6. Twist each strip into a spiral and roll into a rose shape. Place into muffin tin.
7. Brush tops with more butter and cinnamon sugar.
8. Bake for 22–25 minutes or until golden and puffed.
9. Cool slightly, then roll in remaining cinnamon sugar. Fill centers with optional filling if desired.
Notes
Serve warm for the best texture.
Add a pinch of salt to enhance the cinnamon flavor.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days and reheat in oven or air fryer.
