Ingredients
6 small flour tortillas
2 tbsp melted butter or neutral oil
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Optional: pinch of salt
Optional: honey or chocolate sauce for dipping
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
2. Cut tortillas into triangles using a knife or pizza cutter.
3. In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
4. Brush both sides of each tortilla piece with melted butter or oil.
5. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over both sides.
6. Arrange in a single layer on the baking sheet.
7. Bake for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
8. Let cool to crisp up fully, then serve with optional dips.
Notes
For air fryer: cook at 350°F for 5–6 minutes in a single layer.
To fry: shallow fry in oil until golden, then coat with cinnamon sugar.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
