Ingredients
For the Skillet:
300 g ground beef
3 medium potatoes (diced)
1 small onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional:
1/2 cup shredded cheese
Chopped parsley
Chili flakes
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add diced potatoes and cook for 10–12 minutes until tender and slightly crispy.
3. Remove potatoes and set aside.
4. In the same pan, cook ground beef until browned.
5. Add onion and cook until soft.
6. Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.
7. Return potatoes to the pan.
8. Add paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper, then mix well.
9. Top with cheese if desired and let it melt.
10. Garnish with parsley or chili flakes and serve warm.
Notes
Cut potatoes small for faster cooking.
Use pre-boiled potatoes to save time.
Add bell peppers for extra flavor.
Great for meal prep up to 3 days.
