Ingredients
1 lb lump crab meat, picked over for shells
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup crushed buttery crackers (like Ritz)
1 tbsp melted butter
Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, cheddar, Parmesan, lemon juice, and seasonings.
3. Fold in the crab meat gently to avoid breaking up lumps.
4. Spread mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
5. In a small bowl, mix crushed crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle over the casserole.
6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly and top is golden.
7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm with crackers, toasted bread, or over rice.
Notes
Use fresh or canned crab, but make sure it’s well-drained.
Add diced red bell pepper or green onion for extra flavor.
Great for potlucks, brunch, or as a seafood dip with tortilla chips.
