Ingredients
2 cups cottage cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 oz cream cheese, cubed
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
Black pepper, to taste
Optional add-ins:
Chopped green onions
Jalapeños
Hot sauce
For serving:
Tortilla chips
Crackers
Veggie sticks
Instructions
1. Add cottage cheese to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
2. Transfer blended cottage cheese to the crockpot.
3. Add cheddar cheese, cream cheese, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
4. Stir to combine.
5. Cover and cook on LOW for 1½–2 hours, stirring occasionally, until hot and creamy.
6. Stir well to fully melt and smooth the dip.
7. Taste and adjust seasoning.
8. Garnish with green onions or extra bacon if desired.
9. Serve warm with chips or veggies.

• Blending cottage cheese is key for smooth texture.
