Ingredients
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or homemade pizza dough)
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Separate biscuit dough and cut each piece in half. Roll each into a rope and tie into a knot.
3. Place knots on the prepared baking sheet, spaced slightly apart.
4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
5. Brush half of the garlic butter mixture onto knots before baking.
6. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
7. Remove from oven and immediately brush with remaining garlic butter.
8. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan and serve warm.
Notes
• Want extra cheesy? Add shredded mozzarella before baking.
• Great with marinara or ranch for dipping.
• Make ahead: prep knots and refrigerate up to 1 day before baking.
