Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
🟡 For the Shrimp:
1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
🟡 Garlic Butter Sauce:
3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Pat steak bites dry and season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add steak in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
4. In the same pan, heat 1 tbsp olive oil. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
5. Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

7. Add a splash of lemon juice and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
8. Serve hot with rice, mashed potatoes, or veggies.
Notes
Don’t overcrowd the pan—cook steak and shrimp in batches if needed.
Swap sirloin for ribeye or NY strip if preferred.
Add red pepper flakes or Cajun seasoning for a spicy twist.
