Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough, quartered
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Optional: ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce for dipping
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
3. Season beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Let cool slightly.
4. Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a small round.
5. Place a spoonful of beef and a pinch of cheese in the center of each dough round.
6. Wrap dough around filling, pinching seams tightly to seal.
7. Place bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet.
8. Mix melted butter with garlic, Parmesan, and parsley.
9. Brush mixture generously over each bomb.
10. Bake for 14–18 minutes until golden brown.
11. Serve warm with dipping sauces if desired.
Notes
Seal the dough tightly to prevent cheese from leaking.
Use ground turkey or chicken as an easy swap.
Reheat leftovers in the oven or air fryer to keep them crispy.
