Ingredients

1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries, chopped
1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

Instructions
1. In a blender or food processor, combine Greek yogurt, strawberries, honey, vanilla, and a pinch of salt.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
4. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with chia seeds, granola, or crushed strawberries if desired.
5. Serve immediately with sliced fruit, pretzels, or graham crackers.
Notes
For extra protein, add a scoop of unflavored or vanilla protein powder.
Use frozen strawberries for a thicker, chilled texture.
