Ingredients
**Meatballs:**
1 lb ground chicken or turkey
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 green onion, finely chopped
Salt & pepper, to taste
**Honey Sriracha Sauce:**
1/4 cup honey
2–3 tbsp sriracha (adjust to spice preference)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water (slurry)
Optional garnish: sesame seeds, green onions
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix all meatball ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix.
3. Form into 1-inch balls and place on the baking sheet.
4. Bake for 16–18 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
5. While meatballs bake, whisk together all sauce ingredients except slurry in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
6. Add cornstarch slurry and stir until sauce thickens (1–2 minutes).
7. Toss baked meatballs in sauce until evenly coated.
8. Serve warm, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
Notes
• Swap ground chicken with beef or pork if preferred.
• Serve over rice or noodles for a main dish version.
