Ingredients
1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tbsp flour or cornstarch (optional, for crispier bites)
**Hot Honey Glaze:**
1/4 cup honey
1–2 tsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or set air fryer to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil.
2. Toss salmon cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and optional flour or cornstarch for extra crispiness.
3. Arrange in a single layer on the baking sheet or air fryer basket.
4. Bake for 10–12 minutes or air fry for 8–10 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
5. While salmon cooks, combine honey, hot sauce, vinegar, and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan. Heat over low until warm and combined.
6. Toss salmon bites with hot honey glaze and serve immediately. Optional: garnish with sesame seeds or green onion.
Notes
• Adjust the hot sauce amount to your preferred heat level.
• Great over rice bowls, tacos, or skewers for serving.
• For extra crunch, broil for 1–2 minutes after baking.
