Ingredients
For the Pasta:
250 g rotini pasta
For the Beef:
400 g ground beef
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Sauce:
1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 packet ranch seasoning
For the Mix-Ins:
1 cup sweet corn (drained)
Optional:
Green onions
Extra cheddar for topping
Instructions
1. Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
2. Heat oil in a pan and cook ground beef until browned. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and cheddar cheese.
4. Combine cooked pasta, beef, corn, and sauce mixture.
5. Transfer to a baking dish.
6. Top with extra cheddar cheese.
7. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
8. Garnish with green onions and serve warm.
Notes
Use sharp cheddar for stronger flavor.
Do not overcook pasta before baking.
Add jalapeños for a spicy twist.
