Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (5–6 oz each)
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the maple glaze:
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Optional sheet-pan veggies:
Broccoli florets
Green beans
Baby carrots
Brussels sprouts
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
2. Arrange salmon fillets on the pan and season lightly with salt and pepper.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, garlic, and smoked paprika.
4. Brush glaze generously over the salmon.
5. Toss vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper and spread around the salmon.
6. Roast for 12–15 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
7. For extra caramelization, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end if desired.
8. Serve warm with spooned glaze from the pan.
Notes
• Use pure maple syrup for best flavor.
• Don’t overcook—salmon should be just opaque.
• Great with rice, quinoa, or roasted potatoes.
