Ingredients
For the Chicken:
2 chicken breasts
200 g cream cheese
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1/2 cup chicken broth
For Finishing:
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
Optional:
Cooked bacon bits
Burger buns, rice, or tortillas for serving
Instructions
1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
2. Add cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and chicken broth on top.
3. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
4. Shred the chicken directly in the crockpot using two forks.
5. Stir until everything is creamy and well combined.
6. Add shredded cheddar cheese and mix until melted.
7. Top with green onions and optional bacon bits.
8. Serve warm in sandwiches, wraps, or over rice.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken to save time (reduce cooking time).
Add hot sauce or jalapeños for spice.
Do not overcook to keep chicken juicy.
Store leftovers in fridge up to 4 days.
