Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/3 cup dried cranberries, chopped
2 green onions, finely chopped
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (for coating)
Optional: chopped parsley or chives for garnish
Crackers or pretzels, for serving
Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, cranberries, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper.
2. Mix until fully combined and smooth.
3. Chill mixture in the fridge for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
4. Use a small cookie scoop or hands to roll into bite-sized balls.
5. Roll each cheese ball in chopped nuts (and parsley/chives if using) until coated.
6. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve chilled with crackers or pretzels.
