Ingredients
8 egg roll wrappers (cut into triangles)
1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
1/2 cup cooked Italian sausage, crumbled
1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
1/4 cup banana pepper rings
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
For the Alfredo sauce:
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry egg roll wrapper pieces in batches until golden and crisp. Drain on paper towels.
2. In a small saucepan, melt butter and whisk in flour. Cook for 1 minute, then slowly add heavy cream.
3. Simmer and stir in parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
4. Arrange fried chips on a large plate or platter. Top evenly with cooked sausage, pepperoni, banana peppers, and black olives.
5. Sprinkle mozzarella over everything.
6. Drizzle with warm Alfredo sauce and garnish with parsley if desired.
7. Serve immediately while warm and melty.
Notes
You can bake the egg roll wrappers for a lighter version.
Try adding chopped tomatoes, jalapeños, or red onions for extra flavor.
Use store-bought Alfredo if short on time, but homemade makes it extra special.
