Ingredients
For the Pie:
1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
For the Filling:
1 cup roasted peanuts
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
1/4 cup butter (melted)
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Place pie crust in a pie dish.
3. In a bowl, whisk brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
4. Stir in roasted peanuts.
5. Pour filling into the pie crust.
6. Bake for 35–40 minutes until set and golden.
7. Let cool completely before slicing.
8. Serve with whipped cream or chocolate drizzle if desired.
Notes
Let pie cool fully for clean slices.
Use salted peanuts for extra flavor contrast.
Do not overbake to keep filling soft.
