Ingredients
For the Bites:
1 pack lil’ smokies sausages
1 cup pineapple chunks (drained)
For the Sauce:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup BBQ sauce
1 tablespoon mustard
Optional:
Toothpicks for serving
Chili flakes for spice
Instructions
1. In a pan or slow cooker, combine lil’ smokies and pineapple chunks.
2. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, BBQ sauce, and mustard.
3. Pour sauce over the sausages and pineapple.
4. Cook on low heat for 2–3 hours (slow cooker) or simmer on stovetop for 20 minutes.
5. Stir occasionally until sauce thickens and coats everything.
6. Serve warm with toothpicks.

Use smoked sausages for best flavor.
Adjust BBQ sauce for sweetness.
