Ingredients
For the Beef:
300 g ground beef
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon grated ginger
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
For the Noodles:
200 g noodles (ramen or spaghetti)
For the Slaw:
2 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Optional:
Green onions
Sesame seeds
Chili flakes or sriracha
Instructions
1. Cook noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan and cook ground beef until browned.
3. Add garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute.
4. Stir in soy sauce and hoisin sauce.
5. In a bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to make slaw.
6. Add cooked noodles to the beef and toss to combine.
7. Serve noodles in bowls topped with cabbage slaw.
8. Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, or chili flakes and serve.
Notes
Use fresh noodles for better texture.
Add chili oil for extra heat.
Do not overcook noodles.
Serve immediately for best crunch and flavor.
