Ingredients
For the Chicken:
2 chicken breasts
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup cream of chicken soup
For the Pasta:
200 g spaghetti
For the Sauce:
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional:
Chopped parsley
Chili flakes
Instructions
1. Place chicken, broth, cream of mushroom soup, and cream of chicken soup in the slow cooker.
2. Cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours.
3. Shred the chicken in the slow cooker.
4. Add cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
5. Stir until creamy and well combined.
6. Cook spaghetti separately according to package instructions.
7. Add cooked spaghetti to the slow cooker and mix well.
8. Garnish with parsley or chili flakes and serve warm.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
Do not overcook pasta before adding.
Add bell peppers for extra flavor.
