Ingredients
For the Beef:
800 g beef chuck roast
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1 onion (sliced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
For Serving:
4 sandwich buns
Optional:
Pickles
Coleslaw
Cheese slices
Instructions
1. Place beef, broth, BBQ sauce, onion, garlic, and spices in the slow cooker.
2. Cook on low for 7–8 hours or high for 4–5 hours.
3. Shred the beef using two forks.
4. Mix shredded beef with the sauce in the slow cooker.
5. Toast sandwich buns lightly.
6. Fill buns with shredded beef.
7. Add pickles, coleslaw, or cheese if desired.
8. Serve warm.
Notes
Use chuck roast for best tenderness.
Do not rush cooking time for juicy results.
Add extra BBQ sauce for more flavor.
