Ingredients
1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Optional: red pepper flakes for heat
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a small baking dish.
2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
3. Stir in mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Fold in chopped artichokes and drained spinach until evenly mixed.
5. Spread mixture into the baking dish and smooth the top.
6. Bake 20–25 minutes until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden.
7. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, toasted baguette, or veggies.
Notes
For extra flavor, add roasted garlic or a squeeze of lemon.
Swap mozzarella for pepper jack to add spice.
Make it lighter using Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
Leftovers reheat beautifully in the oven or microwave.
