Ingredients

200g steak (thinly sliced)
2 eggs
2 slices cheese (cheddar or American)
1 tablespoon butter

Instructions
1. Season steak with salt and pepper.
2. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook steak until browned and tender. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same pan, melt butter and cook eggs to your preference (scrambled or fried).
4. Toast bagels until golden.
5. Place cheese on the bottom half of each bagel.
6. Add cooked steak on top.
7. Add eggs, then optional toppings like onions or sauce.
8. Close sandwich with the top bagel.
9. Serve hot and enjoy.
