Ingredients
20 golden sandwich cookies (like Golden Oreos)
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
8 oz white chocolate or white candy melts (for coating)
Optional: extra crushed freeze-dried strawberries for topping
Instructions
1. Add cookies to a food processor and pulse into fine crumbs.
2. Add softened cream cheese, crushed strawberries, vanilla, and salt. Pulse until a thick dough forms.
3. Scoop mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
4. Chill in freezer for 20 minutes until firm.
5. Melt white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl.
6. Dip each truffle into melted chocolate and place back on the tray.
7. Sprinkle with extra crushed strawberries before chocolate sets (optional).
8. Chill until set. Store in fridge until ready to serve.
Notes
You can use chocolate sandwich cookies for a twist on the flavor.
Add 1–2 tablespoons of powdered sugar for extra sweetness if desired.
Use a fork to lift truffles out of melted chocolate for cleaner edges.
