Ingredients
For the Pasta:
200 g spaghetti
For the Beef:
300 g ground beef
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
For the Sauce:
1 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup beef broth
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Optional:
Chopped cilantro
Sour cream
Jalapeños
Instructions
1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook ground beef until browned.
3. Add onion and cook until soft.
4. Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.
5. Add tomato sauce, salsa, beef broth, and taco seasoning.
6. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until sauce thickens.
7. Add cooked spaghetti and toss to combine.
8. Stir in shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
9. Garnish with cilantro, sour cream, or jalapeños and serve warm.
Notes
Use spicy salsa for extra kick.
Add corn or black beans for texture.
Do not overcook pasta.
Serve immediately for best creaminess.
