1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup milk

1 egg

3 cloves garlic (minced)

1 teaspoon fresh ginger (grated)

2 green onions (chopped)

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

For Korean BBQ Sauce:

1/3 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 teaspoon garlic (minced)

1 teaspoon ginger (grated)

For Spicy Mayo Dip:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon sriracha

1 teaspoon lime juice

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs and milk, then let soak for 2 minutes

3. Add ground meat, egg, garlic, ginger, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and pepper

4. Mix gently until just combined and form into small meatballs
